 ◆軟件亮點 Product features

噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

兼有一些優缺點：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、研磨材料二手回加標回收率高，以便清換研磨材料；

3、一般電器開關元件均選擇國外貨品，存在功能比較穩定，安全性高靠譜，選擇人類使用期長，系統維護方便；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、機器用雙極布袋除塵設備設備，首級用颶風拆分器，最后級用濾網式布袋除塵設備設備設備，其總布袋除塵設備設備吸收率高達99.99%以上的；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各平臺電子掌握軟件主要采用互鎖掌握，當在其中一平臺突然出現錯誤碼時，有關的平臺均退出工作中，噴槍退出噴涌；

8、房體主要采用建筑材料裝修來設計來設計，金屬機身簡潔個性、美觀大方、規范性，減噪視覺好用，且進行安裝便利。
